A ball of fresh beef hits the flat-top and gets pressed paper-thin. More surface, more crust.

Sear
Ninety seconds of high heat. Lacy, caramelised edges — that's where the flavour lives.

Stack
Melted cheese, pickles, onions and a heavy hand of Switch sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

Serve
Fries out of the fryer, burger into the paper, straight through the window. No waiting around.
